New from The Warm Company.  Warm Bond is a new "thermally bonded"  80% cotton/20% poly blended batting that is extremely soft and warm yet easy to sew through.

Warm Bond contains no glue or resins.  It's made by mixing natural cotton fibers (80%) with low-melt polyester fiber (20%)  and then using a proprietary heating process that slightly melts the polyester fibers throughout the cotton fibers, bonding them together. This creates a soft, lightweight permanently bonded batting.  Warm Bond is the ideal batting for hand quilting and is also great for machine quilting.

Warm Bond will not separate, bunch or "beard" while sewing.  Fabric clings to batting while quilting, making free motion quilting a breeze. You can tie or quilt up to 6 inches apart.  Warm bond is very soft, as it uses no glues or resins.  Once quilted you can machine wash and dry this product.

This is bulk product, 90" wide, and we sell it in 1/2 yard increments.  Order the appropriate number of 1/2 yards for your project.
